1200 Sweetzer is a 10-unit luxury building located in the heart of West Hollywood and designed for sophisticated and modern high end living. Oasis sold the units during the real estate crash in 2010 - several at top of that market's prices. At a time when most developers' projects in this area simply went bankrupt, Oasis succeeded in paying off the bank and vendors and ultimately returning a profit to investors.
