Mesquite Homes was Oasis's production home building company located in Tucson, Arizona. Each development included homes that cater to the various needs of the homeowner community (starter homes to bigger estate lots) and were always designed and built in the style that is true and unique to Tucson.

We took on complete ground up projects from start to finish including acquisition, entitlement, plan development, home design, and construction. We also found a successful niche in acquiring distressed projects from bankrupted developers/homebuilders and smoothly delivering them to completion for the benefit of the existing homeowners as well as stakeholders such as investors and banks.
