Jim Campbell

Jim Campbell

Jim has held strategic and visionary roles at several real estate developing companies in the past 25 years including the creation of Mesquite Homes in Tucson and Urban Moment in Austin. His focus has been in addressing development needs within specific urban locations and fulfilling those visions. While Jim is well-versed in all stages of the development cycle, his success is largely due to the solid relationships he has developed both with city staff, designers, and planners as well as his diversified portfolio of private and public partners that bring specific experience and knowledge to his projects.

Prior to real estate, Jim started his career as an engineer and district manager in the oilfield, then as a sales manager and VP of Sales. He joined his brother in high tech as a VP of Sales and ultimately took on the role of CEO/President, running two different high technology companies in San Francisco. He grew The Application Group to over 1,200 team members with offices throughout the US and Europe. Jim is married with three children and seven grandchildren.

Jaret Barr

Jaret Barr

Jaret Barr works out of the Austin Office of SW Oasis Development. Jaret began his career with 10 years of municipal government work in Arizona, holding the positions of Assistant Town Manager and Development services Director of the Town of Marana and Assistant to the City Manager of Tucson, Arizona. He has spent the past 15 years working in Private Development for companies on projects in Texas, North Carolina, California and Arizona as a lead underwriter, acquisitions, market research and project management. Jaret's is responsible for underwriting and investments and assuring that project finance pencil efficiently.

A Massachusetts native, Jaret is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Political Communication and a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Policy with a focus on public finance. Jaret is also a past Adjunct Lecturer in Urban Public Policy at the University of Arizona.

Nick Hertz

Nick Hertz

With over 20 years of experience in real estate development, Nick brings a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of the development process. His expertise spans the entire lifecycle of a project — from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to design coordination, entitlements, construction oversight, and final sales execution. He has worked across multiple multifamily developments and high-end spec homes from inception to completion, partnering closely with architects, city officials, general contractors, and sales organizations to deliver successful, well-executed projects. His experience navigating approvals, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and maximizing value at every stage allows him to approach development strategically and efficiently.

Having operated at the intersection of development and sales, he understands not only how to build projects — but how to position them in the market. This dual perspective ensures that every decision, from layout to finishes, is informed by real-world buyer demand and market performance. Nick's approach is hands-on, detail-oriented, and collaborative. He thrives on turning raw potential into tangible results and delivering projects that are financially sound, thoughtfully designed, and successfully brought to market.

Jessica Davisson

Jessica Davisson

Jessica helped create Urban Moment, the Oasis Austin cottage multifamily developer, by managing company operations with a focus on maximizing profitability while establishing objectives, plans, policies and standards. She assisted in guiding the overall direction of Urban Moment by implementing procedures, directing operations and evaluating results. A performance-driven senior executive, Jessica has more than 25 years of comprehensive development experience spanning both the private and public sectors.

She came to Oasis from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department where she was Infrastructure Director, overseeing real estate services, development and construction for more than 150 public trust sites and 3,000 facilities statewide. Prior to making Texas her home, Ms. Davisson enjoyed a successful career in Arizona with one of the nation’s largest and most diversified residential developers, Pulte Homes. There, she advanced rapidly through positions in construction, customer relations, land development, training & development, and operations management. Jessica graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction

Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell has been developing residential real estate for 25 years. His projects range from custom luxury homes, to luxury condominiums, to small lot sub-divisions. He is currently developing a $100M home in Beverly Hills, a senior assisted living facility in San Francisco, a small lot sub-division in Hawaii, and recently concluded a $35M land sale in New York.

He typically handles acquisitions, funding, entitlement and project oversight while partnering with some of the best designers, builders, and selling agents in the local market. Bill serves a strategic oversight and financing advisory role for Oasis' Los Angeles and Tucson portfolios. Prior to real estate development, Bill founded, grew, and sold two high technology companies. One of which was acquired by ADP where he sat on the executive committee for four years.
