Jim Campbell, Zach Hinman and Kathy Campbell used their extensive experience with Mesquite Homes and multi-family projects to create Urban Moment and their corresponding cottage multifamily product. Urban Moment, based in Austin, Texas, addresses current rental community needs in residential living while providing the look and feel of single-family residential homes. The higher end rental option offered by Urban Moment is an important component of a diverse housing stock that is lacking in most communities. They combine quality building, detached units, and the pride of having a new house with the flexibility and affordability traditionally offered only by apartment living. Jim retired from Urban Moment in 2026 and Zach Hinman with Kelly Dwyer, currently own and operate Urban Moment.
