Anchor Home Partners is an entity focused on providing single family for sale homes which address the ongoing affordability crisis. The simple goal is to provide housing for less per month than a similar sized "affordable apartment". This is achieved by extensive due diligence on spend as well as partnering with local jurisdictions and housing non-profits. Utilizing Oasis' experience in land development, entitlement, financing, and home building, we are addressing affordability through creative partnerships with Cities and Towns that desire to augment their current missing middle inventory.
